"Food was okay, but the place felt grimy"
The food was actually fine and came out tasting okay. The tables were sticky though, and there was trash on the floor around where we sat, so it was kind of hard to relax and enjoy dinner. Like, everything was going alright at first and then suddenly I just couldn’t stop noticing how dirty it felt. Probably wouldn’t rush back.

"Order was a little off"
I ordered this with my usual sauce because it’s the one I always get, but it was missing from the bag. The rest of the order was correct, so not a huge deal, just a bit disappointing

"It was just too loud in there. Like..."
It was just too loud in there. Like, loud loud. I could barely relax or hear anything, so it wasn’t a great experience for me.

"Decent takeout, but kind of a mess"
Ordered takeout through the site and the food was still tasty, so no complaints there. But the bag leaked a bit, which was annoying as hell, and the pickup time was off by like 15 minutes. Not terrible, just a kinda messy little clown show overall.

"Booking Was Simple"
I made a reservation and it was easy enough, nothing complicated or annoying about it. I found a table slot, booked it, and that was kind of it. Smooth overall, which is always nice because I really don’t want to spend forever just trying to get a place to eat.

I went to The Boiling Crab last weekend thinking parking might be a headache, but it actually turned out to be painless. I pulled up, circled around for just a minute or two, and found a spot nearby way faster than I expected. It put me in a better mood before even walking in. The lot was a little busier when I was leaving, but nothing too stressful. Overall, parking was way easier than I thought it would be.

I went to The Boiling Crab with a few friends, our server really made the experience better. She was super attentive the whole time, kept checking on our drinks, and even brought extra napkins before we had to ask, which I definitely appreciated with all the sauce and mess.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wait for a table was long. But once we were seated, the service was great and we never felt rushed even though they were busy. I’d come back again.

Food came out way faster than I expected, especially considering the line was busy. The staff was actually moving with some urgency, which was nice to see for once. Overall, it ended up being a good experience.

The seafood was really fresh, especially the shrimp and crab. No weird fishy smell, which already says a lot. The sauce coated everything perfectly, and it showed up hot and messy in the best way. Definitely the kind of meal you don’t mind needing extra napkins for.

"Pretty good deal for seafood"
Went here with some friends for how much seafood we got, the price was fair. The bags was packed, flavor was really good, and we all left super full. It’s not like the cheapest place ever, but for the portions and how good it tasted, I’d say it’s worth it.

I’ve ordered from The Boiling Crab a few times now, the seasoning has been shockingly consistent in the best way. Seafood spots can be a gamble, one day it’s a salt attack, the next it tastes like they forgot the flavor existed. But here? It hits every single time. The Whole Shabang flavor is always rich, tasty, and perfectly balanced without going off the rails. I’m seriously happy with it.

"Fun spot, just loud"
Had a good time here overall. The food was tasty and the whole place has a fun, lively vibe. Only thing is it gets really loud inside, especially when it’s busy. It was kind of hard to have a conversation without talking louder than normal. Definitely a good spot if you’re going out with friends and want that energetic dinner atmosphere. Probably wouldn’t pick it for a quiet or super relaxed meal, though.

"Mild Was Way Hotter Than Expected"
I ordered the mild option thinking it would be safe, but it showed up seriously spicy. I could barely get through it, and when I mentioned it, I didn’t really feel like anyone cared or tried to reassure me that it was a mix-up. I just wish the spice levels were more accurate, because if I’m choosing mild, I’m counting on it actually being mild...

I think the ordering process was easy enough, and the food was actually good. The only thing is, the prices seemed a bit high to me, and I’m fairly sure the service was slower than it should’ve been. Overall, not a bad experience, but I’m not totally sure I’d rush back right away.

"I Was Honestly Overwhelmed in the Best Way"
There were SO many seafood options on the menu, I felt like a kid in a candy store but with shrimp and crab. Picking my combo was way too fun, and I swear I could’ve stared at the menu forever trying to decide.

"Food Was Cold When It Came Out"
I mean, not to be dramatic or anything, but the food was disappointing. The crab and shrimp were barely warm by the time they got to the table, and the fries were cold too. For what it costs, I feel like getting hot food is kind of the bare minimum. I’m staying calm about it, but yeah, I don’t see myself coming back
